Family of 3 (with adult son) were staying in the room 112 on 08/19 - 08/20. My husband woke me up at 2 am, and showed me red itchy bumps all over his body. We searched his bed and found at least 3 bed bugs, black spots and blood spots on the sheets. I took the photos of the bed bugs, and their bites. My husband and son went to the front desk and complained about the bed bugs. We communicated with Larry, and my husband showed him the bites, and requested the refund. Larry suggested that we could get a refund if we check out right now, or he could move us to another room.. We took the room 120, checked the beds, but could not sleep. My husband developed allergic reaction to the bites. The incident was reported to the hotel's front desk at 2 am on 08/20/2021.
