August 28, 2021 We arrived at the Days Inn at approximately 3pm and were assigned our room #259. We did some exploring of the area and brought our luggage up to the room at about 6pm and made a quick phone call. While on the phone, I noticed a bed bug crawling towards my husband who was laying on the bed. We picked it up with a tissue and put it in a zip lock. My husband took the bug downstairs to the lobby. They assigned us another room; however, the key wouldn't open the new room and we were so disgusted that we just wanted a refund. We called the next morning and were granted the refund. We are writing just so to be sure the hotel is inspected and to avoid this happening to another guest in the future.

6/04/2026 room 143 room was never properly finished, refrigerator broken, and the transition between bathroom and room was just an open gap in the floor and it was filled with gross stuff and bugs. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful refused to allow me to change rooms or refund my money later they kept my deposit claiming it was me that left the room filthy when it was like that when I arrived. BedBugs everywhere I even found a carpet bettle and killed it with Clorox spray I had to buy to clean the room myself during the stay it was that gross.
