Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

6/14/2021 Staff was very disrespectful and rude. Didn't offer any compensation. I had to go to the ER and have a statement on paper saying that it is bed bug bites. It itches and is painful.

On 8/5/2021, at 11:45pm, right before we were going to sleep, we pulled the covers of the bed back and saw two bed bugs crawling on the white sheets. We immediately packed our belongings, informed the hotel staff and they issued a refund. Justin at the hotel desk was very calm and friendly regarding our situation and helped us. We moved to a different hotel and are now waiting on the refund from our bank.
