06/06/21 430pm The hotel handled it terribly. There is no mgmt in the hotel, no maintenance and housekeeping says nothing they can do. Clerk on duty called mgr and he said just give them a refund. He refused to speak to me. They did not inspect or notify other guests. The desk clerk was very nice but had no training on how to handle this situation and the managers clearly don’t care. There were several live bed bugs on the corners under the box springs. We checked because I had several bites. We caught 4 of them and took pictures. They are refusing to refund more than one nights hotel. Tonight. We were forced to pack everything up in plastic bags and depart. We are Very unhappy and they are very unprofessional. We had 2 rooms here.
