We checked in Thur May 27th 2021, there was many things wrong with the room, some things you can overlook, but when I lay down to go to bed I was probably asleep like 45 minutes and woke up to very painful bites all over my body I was covered in bugs I started freaking out quite a bit, the staff had already gone home for the evening so there was no one to contact, when I contacted them the next day about my experience the staff was extremely rude, the lady working the front desk told me I must have brought them in because they don't have bugs that it was my fault, it's a cheap two Star hotel on 192 you're not going to get the Hilton experience for a two-star hotel and I completely understand that but no one deserves to wake up covered in bed bug bites and then be told that they were the ones that brought them in, hard lesson learned,never staying here again
