I stayed May 16th and 17th 2021. On the morning I was checking out, I found 3 live bugs. I had noticed little black specks that looked like dirt that smeared on the blanket when i brushed them off. I have never seen bed bugs before so i didn't realize that's what they were. My legs and arms are covered in bites. The hotel said they will refund my stay. I was in room 414 and just want to make sure the problem is taken care of before another guest stays there.
