Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Rented for 3 Nights May 13-May 16 to leave at 11am Upon arrival everything seemed fine, easy access with code, looked clean. We started unloading luggage and my kids stayed in the second floor where beds were located. They saw bugs and we immediately started searching the beds. The bedding was new but as soon as I took off the bedding I noticed the mattress protector cover was all torn. We then thought the worse, bed bugs so we saw cleaning personnel and told them, She said that everything was new and she couldn't do much so that I had to contact owner because the owner of B202 only had that condo so changing us to another condo would be impossible. So I contacted that owner and said she was not there and to talk to the cleaning personnel and that they would change the sheets. So I spoke with Anne and told her I was not comfortable staying there and didn't like it she said I was not going to stay for free. By this time my husband and I began turning the mattress over and checking the box spring. Besides having stains and the mattress being torn and old I saw signs of bed bugs being there. So I took pictures and sent them to the owner, unfortunately I had no cell service and only poor wi-fi signal that would not send the pictures so then she started saying I was crazy that what did I expect if I was staying in the mountains and obviously it has bugs. So then obviously I was not comfortable staying in those beds and asked for a partial refund and that I would leave. The lady went annoyed to super angry and was very rude. She called me princess that I was making too much drama and this was the day we arrived at 4pm we were tired after 6hr drive and it was my birthday. I finally was able to chat with someone on booking.com they said they would contact her and all she needed to do was consent to getting a partial refund so we could leave but did she agree of course not. She didn't even answer to booking.com so I had to call her and she went psycho and said I was threatening her kept insulting me. Basically it is the worst ever, expect to be bitten by bed bugs they are outdated still have carpet smell old and the view as advertised here is misleading. Your balcony view is to parking lot. It is not owned by one person I am sure the rooms have multiple owners. Owner of B202 is an irresponsible owner that only owns that room and does not care about the bed bugs she obviously has. The cleaning personnel clean all the rooms of A and B so either they are all infested already or they will be. Be Careful. I tried to reason with the owner Anne Acuna McFarlin but she didn't care her response "The bedding is brand new. There are no bed bugs. It is spring in the mountains, this is nature, if the door is open a bug can fly in and that is not the same thing as a bug problem. There is nothing wrong with the room" and I quote. Booking tried to get a cancellation fee but she thought I wanted to stay for free. I rented 3 nights and only stayed 2 because by night 2 we all woke up with bed bug bites. Apparently you can tell the difference between spider, bed bug, and mosquito bites.

How to get rid of Bedbugs at home

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
