12/26 to 12/30/2020. children got bitten by bed bugs, we decided to leave 2 days earlier because of that. tried to contact manager on tuesday night but no one was available. decided to leave Wednesday and reported before we checked out. we were told that the manager will contact us but 2 did not hear anything until friday after we have called a few times . manager deny any problems and blamed us for having bedbugs saying that we got them somewhere else. i was giving him the benefit of the doubt but keep denied it. i contacted priceline and they contacted him and again denied any responsibility. i want to be refunded at least the 2 last nights out of the 4 we stayed there. i am spending money and time cleaning all of skiing gear and clothes and my car. i did not want to report him but he acted so nonchalant and dare me to it. so here it is.

7/30/2022. 2:00am. My husband woke me up after he was itching himself so hard that he woke himself up. He examined the beds and saw multiple bed bugs running around. Our 2 little kids were also sleeping. We called and D came to check out the bed bugs. The only positive was D. He was professional and very apologetic. Unfortunately no rooms were available to switch so we had a heck of a time gathering our belongings in trash bags and changing our clothes and trying getting our kids in the car to get other accommodations. Quite the nightmare at 2am! We were in room 116. My husband took multiple videos of the bed bugs all over the bedding and pillows.
