We spent the night of 11/19/20 in the hotel. At 3:30 am I woke up itching and found a few bed bugs on my bed. We also found bed bugs on my friend's bed. We checked under the mattress and found bed bugs feces stains there as well. We left the room immediately with our belongings and waited in the lobby until the morning. Overall, the response of the hotel staff and manager was very disappointing, almost humiliating. The receptionist had no clue what to do (he just offered us to check out), and the manager was very late on his response. We called at 9AM as we were told, and he wasn’t there. Only by the end of the day we received a call, in which we were offered a refund. Following the path of the receptionist, no compensation or a serious action was taken. My arms are full of itchy red, swollen and painful bites. 4 days after the incident, it is still quite bad.
