Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed Nov 16th 2020 and there were Cockroaches and bed bugs! I showed videos and pictures to the hotel staff and was told by the "manager" which is ALSO THE OWNER that refused to give her name (shes there monday thru Friday from 6am to 2pm) that is the ONLY time she is available for complaints so if u stay on a weekend and something goes wrong your sol... However i waited to speak to the manager, when speaking to her she was extremely rude and offered no apology, discount or refund. Told me she did not care and was not compensating anything for my family and i that are covered in bed bug bites AND then hangs up on me!
