For almost a year (since 12/1/2019), I lived in this nastiness (an unholy mix of gnats, roaches, and bed bugs) of a suite. I've asked for help. Haven't received so much as a response from management. One of the housekeepers set up an appointment with the property-contracted exterminator and then canceled the appointment without even telling me. I found out after I'd gone through the process of moving EVERYTHING out it was for nothing. My kids are being bitten. Their doctor says I have no recourse under the law. But I haven't checked with an attorney yet. The bed bugs have been so bad that we can't leave anything (not even tea, cereal, ice cream, etc...) unattended without a bug getting into it. The kids have to constantly police each other's blankets, food, drinks, hair... all of it. Management sends security to bang down the door for the rent each month because I rent one of their suites under a lease at a monthly rate of $1,500, but when I ask for what I need, the only replies I get are from the many critters that wake me up crawling up and down my face and arms each night. It's hell here. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Management hasn't a conscience insight. In short, their apathy serves as evidence they couldn't care less if they tried.
