Friday 10/2/2020 -Arrived to VRBO condo around 3pm checked in with front desk -places luggage on chairs and enjoyed the gulf breeze and sat on the balcony watching the waves -our college son joined us around 4:30pm changed his clothes for dinner placed them on the bed -arrived back to the condo around 7pm mosquitos were bad outside so I sat in a chair, while our son sat on the sofa & my husband sat on the side of the bed -around 10pm I took a shower and propped up against the pillows on the bed to watch a show -around 11pm places the decorative pillows from the bed on the floor and moved the two king size pillows from where I was sitting -after moving the king size pillow away from the wooded lattice framed headboard at least 20 bedbugs and nymphs scurried around onto the comforter and o top of the bed sheets -I took six photos of the live bugs and immediately messaged the owner explaining this situation -my husband and I gathered our belongings and rented a hotel room -the next morning the owner emailed me apologizing “oh my god I'm so sorry and we will refund your money. We have never had a case of bed bugs the last 3 years. A previous renter must of brought them in. Again I apologize and I'm so sorry. -the owner calls me around 8am tells me she will provide a full refund on Monday 10/5/2020 -she never once told me how she plans to take care of the bedbugs infestation in the condo
