Sept. 21st, 2020 Checked in. At 1am started itching then shortly after my husband and I both saw a bed bug crawl behind the bed. I automatically got up from bed due to being allergic to these bugs. We got in car & drove to front desk. I informed a guy who was working about the issue & he asked if I wanted another room. At 1st i said yes but then i saw my arm breaking out so Kindly denied. He informed me that I had to wait till morning to see manager about my refund I said ok and did so. Monday morning I spoke with a woman named Rachel who is the Manager. I asked if she was informed about the room she said yes she was told about it and proceeded to hand me a refund. I asked if the room had been checked & when the last time it was clean. she said she doesn't know the guy said he checked last night and was told by the hotel owner to give me my refund. she informed me that the owners name is Mann Choe & he is only on the property from 6am to 8am. I asked for a number she said to call the office.
