I arrive approximately 3 PM on Sunday, September 6, with plans to stay one night. We were given the keys to room number 209. We went In, got comfortable, watched tv, showered, and then around eight we actually got into bed. Shortly after, I noticed a bug on my partner’s arm. I immediately suspected bed bugs, but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions. About 10 minutes later, one was on my arm. We googled bedbugs and found a photo of the exact insect. We called the front desk and were moved us into another room (206). After we thoroughly examined it, we did not see any bedbugs and we decided to stay the night. We had no where else to go. The next morning we asked for a refund or an additional day. Neither were given. Please investigate this hotel. I am very concerned the hotel is knowingly assigning rooms to guest that are infested with bed bugs. That will cause the bugs to spread to guest’s homes.
