Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

9/2/2020 I was bitten by bed bugs in room 3132 and had a very unapologetic response from HH and ZERO customer service skills. They stated a report came back negative for pest activity but would not send me the report when requested. So beware of the presence of bed bugs at this high end resort. They seem to be sweeping the issue under the rug and do not care at all, most likely because they donâ€™t want to lose the ridiculous amount of money I spent to stay there and get eaten by bugs. I sure hope they do something in the future because we will NEVER stay there again. I canâ€™t believe the bad response from management I spoke to someone on the phone and then had emotionless responses via email. I just donâ€™t want anyone else to go through this! So be warned!
