We checked in on Thursday the 23rd of July. We noticed right away that the room had an ant problem. We asked the front desk if there was a different room we could stay in and she said no. After going back to the room and checking out the beds, we realized there were bed bugs too. We found multiple exoskeletons as well as at least 2 live bugs on the bed in the room facing the pool. We notified the front desk and told her we were not staying there and she gave us a full refund. A few weeks later, I looked at my credit card statement and the refund was on there but they had since made two additional charges of $171 and $433. I called the manager and she said she would "investigate it" and get back to me. The General manager called me back and said the $433 was probably just an "accidental duplicate charge" (although the original payment that they refunded was $429, but the $171 was for the first night's stay because when the exterminator came on Monday (mind you we checked in and notified them on Thursday) they did not "find any evidence of bedbugs." We only got one blurry picture of the bugs because we thought it was taken care of. Now we have to dispute it with the credit card company.

Checked in to hotel on Tuesday 6-8-2021 at approximately 10:30 pm. Went into room to look around. Pulled back mattress pad and immediately seen bedbugs crawling. Went to front desk , they tried to give us another room but my wife was too freaked out to stay. They said I would get a refund the next day. I called to check on my refund and they said they did not find any bedbugs and I’m not getting a refund and we’re very rude , this hotel needs shutdown. It’s disgusting and infested.
