I found bedbugs crawling on the bed and took videos and pictures of the bedbugs crawling on the bed. I also have more than 10 bedbug bites on my body. I told the owner of the hotel about the situation and I even showed him the proof. All he said was that he can give me a free night stay. He didn’t fill out a report or anything. I didn’t accept the owners offer for a free night stay. I simply grabbed my belongings and left. Even after all that, the owner over charged me for the stay. Days I stayed at the hotel:July 20, 2020 thru July 29, 2020. The reservation was under the name Jenelle Rangel.
