Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

June 1, 2020; 9:30 pm Bed bug found in room. Small spots on sheets. Brought bug in plastic bag to night manager and took name of General Manager to file complaint. Night manager agreed that it was a bed bug.

My boyfriend and I checked in on february 13 for my birthday weekend. When we checked in we went to our room 501. As per usual I search hotel rooms to be safe. We spotted a few bugs on the sheets and reported it to the staff. They then moved our room 3 stories up. We searched that room and didnt see anything. The next day we came back from a day at disney and found bed bugs on the sheets. They advised us that we probably brought them from the other room (that we didnt stay in or even sit on the bed). They then refused to help find us other accommodations at 12 am and only refunded us for one night. They did not state they would have it looked at. The night of the 14th they said their maintenance man searched and did not see anything, but I have photos and video evidence.
