Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2/21/2020-2/28/2020. My fiance, our 5 month old son, and I were staying here for one week. On our last night there I had gotten up to make a bottle to feed the baby, when I spotted a large bug crawling on the sheets of our bed. I picked it up and put it in a container, then woke my fiance up and immediately took the bug to the front desk. I had complained numerous times over the week about mysterious bites on our bodies, only to be rudely accused of having fleas. After bringing the manager a full grown adult bed bug I found on our bed he immediately acknowledged it was indeed a bed bug, then accused me and my fiance for bringing the bugs to the hotel ourselves! Completely refused to accept any responsibility or offer any kind of refund or compensation for cleaning our clothes or any of our belongings(including hundreds of dollars worth of brand new car seats, stroller, portable crib, and all of his little beds and pillows).
