1. 1/31/2020-2/2/2020. 2. Bedbugs found in room on both beds. hotel staff relocated me to a different room but refused to give me a refund because I didn't check out but was unable to due to no where else to stay and being there for an event. hotel also told me they would allow me to wash my clothes and items from the first room but then reported their washer was broken and would not allow me to use their washer. other families within our group also found bedbugs on their luggage, when we called hotel to report additional bedbugs found they hung up on us. terrible!! reported to health department, unlikely the hotel did anything to report the incident on their own!

1. dates of stay 1/31/20-2/2/20 2. Bedbugs found on both matressess in our room. Young clerk called management and they moved me to a different room, did not offer refund or discount and did not allow me to use their washer to clean our clothes from the infested room. Said we could only get a refund if we checked out, however we were over 2 hours from home and there for an event and there was no other hotel available in town. 2 other families in our large group found bed bugs as well.
