On 2/3/2020 at 7:30 am I was woken by getting eat up by bedbugs. All throughout the night I kept scatching but I was so tired until finally I couldn't take it anymore and got up to see what it was. I came to realize it was bedbugs. It was so infested you could see them crawling around the seams of the bed. I immediately called to the office to explain the situation and told them I had huge welts from them all over my back. They offered to give me another room but I turned it down. From the looks of the bed in there I knew every room had to have them as well. I simply ask if he could meet me half way and refund half of my money so I could go across the street to a different motel. He then said absolutely not there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. I begged him to just give me something toward another room I needed sleep. I said can you please just give me 20 dollars bc thats all I needed to get another room. His response was call or do whatever you need to but no refunds. My back is covered in huge red welts and these people were not sympathetic at all nor did they care about having bed bugs.
