I stayed in room 409 on November 22 for 2 nights. After I checked out, I noticed bedbugs' bites all over my body. I contacted the Management online, but I have not heard back from them yet. I was surprised to see 2 reports on this website regarding room 409. It is shameful that management did nothing about the bedbugs in the room. No excuse whatsoever. The guests who are staying in room 409 are being eaten alive by the bedbugs. Management needs to do something about it. Enough victims already.

Checked in Sept 08 late afternoon for 2 night stay. Was pleasantly surprised it was a fourth floor suite. Upon departure Sunday morning (09/10/2023) I noticed in the bathroom mirror a zig-zag pattern of red bumps/welts on my left upper back/shoulder and down to my elbow. It was check-out time so I hurried and gathered my belongings to depart the room by departure time. I took a quick look at the bed sheets in the area I slept and noticed small bright red spots where I was sleeping earlier. I am a side-sleeper so it makes sense in retrospect. It wasn't until after I got home and went to bed that evening that I awoke in the early A.M. hours to an intense itching on my left arm/shoulder. I turned the light on to see many small raised (itchy) welts all over that area. I called hotel front desk from home to explain the situation and the lady who said she was front-desk office manager seemed both alarmed and compassionate and said she would forward this to her higher-up manager and someone would call me back that following Monday. No one called by 2pm so I physically went back to the hotel to discuss this. The front desk manager said he had not heard of such a complaint at the time. I pulled my sleeve up to show him the itchy red welts which I felt he downplayed.He told me the room would be cleaned accordingly and I stressed that I hope no other guest encounters this and also hoped I didn't bring any bed bugs into my house. He offered me a voucher for food at Chips and Ale. I happened upon this website later Sunday and noticed there was another person reporting bed bugs in that same room only five days prior! Room 409....Yikes ...Still itchy and more bites developed on other upper arm last night. STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 409!

Stayed in room 406 on 01/07/2020 While sitting on bed BED BUG was found. I captured it and took to front desk in one of their glasses. Staff was great took all my items and put them in dryer, assigned me new room, and came up to verify. When they pulled back comforter more than ten more were crawling about on left corner of bed under the comforter. They comped me two cans of Pepsi and a can of salted caramels but doesn't come close to the weeks worth of clothes that went to the burn pile as well as a suitcase and a pair of lucchese boots. No one wants to take these critters home and I'm no exception . Because I was afraid to sleep in the new room I did manage to win a few dollars in casino that night but nothing close to what I lost including my peace of mind as a business traveler

Date 09.04.23 Found 5 bedbugs & called desk and was moved to another room promptly. Many apologies given, the room was a comped room to begin with.
