As always I inspect the rooms upon check-in and wiped down everything with clorox wipes and spray disinfectant. On Sunday December 29, 2019 @4:21p, a bed bug was found crawling on the inside of the pillow case, on the pillow. I started screaming, family came in, one smashed it, the body was full of blood. I took pictures. I immediately informed the front desk. The front desk lady , told me I needed to calm down , that she was sending the Housekeeping Supervisor up to make sure it was a bed bug. 5:15p supervisor showed up l, saw bug/blood on napkin, i told her where it was found she asked if I got the pillow case from laundry, I told her this was the case that on here. Apparently, there's been other caseses of bed bugs??? Anyway, she radioed down to front desk of what she found. Front desk lady never came to see what was going on or apologized. Housekeeping Supervisor apologized, and stated that an upgrade was in order. My family and I was moved up to 3 bedroom on the 14th floor.
