Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in 10/14/2019 at 9:00 PM. Assigned Room 411. Checked mattress for bedbugs. Mattress had no bed bug cover. Bedbugs very visible in mattress seams -- particularly at the headboard area. Called front desk and requested another room. Went down to front desk and given room key to room 611. Front desk staff disinterested. Did not apologize, seem surprised or concerned about the situation. Room key to 611 didn't work. No apology for inconvenience. Given room key to room 607 -- checked for bed bugs in the mattress. No evidence of activity. Requested large garbage bag from staff at front desk to keep luggage in and stayed the night with no incidence. Staff showed appalling lack of interest and concern on our discovery. Management has made no effort to follow up, investigate.
