Tuesday october 15th, 2019 BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! I stayed in this hotel and the second night i went to get into bed and pulled the cover back and a bed bug was on the bed crawling. I immediatley captured it in a jar and took it down stairs and was givin another room. After this i did not feel comfortable taking my belongings with me with the chance of one getting taken to my house. I talked to the manager patrick and he assured me they would take care of me and he would run it up the ladder to get me reimbursed. The next day i called and called and was givin the run around all day i had to physically take off work and drive back there and demand to talk to him in person. He said the company would have the room inspected and if there was nothing found i would not be reimbursed.called back the next day was also given the run around and how the pest company was "running late" Bad management and nasty living situations here at this hotel! Patrick the manager is a liar and has a lack of good character.staybridge suites just lost alot of business by doing this with just me and my company alone! Do not waste ur money and have a nightmare stay like i did!
