I just learned of this resource or would have made use of it much sooner. This is for the apartment my 90 yr old mother lives in. 2017 she started saying she had bugs coming through the floor & switch cover plates from apartment below her. As time went on she said the neighbors were moving out because of bugs crawling on them at night & especially upset when seen crawling on the baby in a crib. Joan Morris (my mother) also said they would crawl on her. Early in May 2019 she asked me to spray her bedroom & mattress because of the bugs. I was ignorant about bed bugs & did as she asked. (Didn't even know yet they were bedbugs) Then I stayed with her 1 week at the end of the month & was flabbergasted with tiny bugs literally crawling out of the woodwork at all times as well as along the ceilings of all the walls in the apartment. I was literally covered with welts the first night I slept there & went to a dermatologist immediately where biopsies were done concluding arthropod bites causing an extreme allergic reaction. The extreme population my mother has couldn't be eradicated with one treatment that she says was done a few months ago. I had to get an education because the bugs hijacked to my home as well as my daughters. The apartments didn't educate the tenants on the bedbugs nor insist treatment be done at their expense (as is necessary to even get a handle on the problem) Quail Hollow has posted online that they will have professional exterminator inspect or spray every week if requested for any insect problem there. This has not been demonstrated in the case of my mother. It is atrocious the way the complex has been negligent in the eradication of these bedbugs as I'm positive that the bugs have spread to many more homes & places besides my home & my daughters home as well as other apartments in that building.
