My husband checked in 10/05/2019. He checked out the next day. He woke up with what were clearly bed bug bites and a rash. The rash has been getting worse. When we complained, we were met with very little assistance. We were essentially told it was our fault when we have never had bed bugs, and were not given any kind of compensation, assistance or even apology. Please see below for their response. Unfortunately other guests bring these bugs in during the flights or their travel. We maintain a quality care hotel and we have the hotel serviced monthly for any of these issues.

Checked in around 10:00 pm Oct 3, 2019, room 221. a few hours later I laid my purse on the bed and noticed a bug crawling on the pillow. As I got closer i could see that it was a large bedbug. Called the front desk to say i am checking out and i want a refund. Night manager said he could not refund my money. i packed my belongings, captured the bedbug in a container and went downstairs to front desk. Manager then said he would refund my money, have yet to see the refund show up yet. I left the bug with him, but took photos .
