Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in on September 29, 2019 to room 112 found bed bugs on sofa bed and I was moved to sleep in room 336. Next day Manager called a bug expert and he confirmed it was bed bugs and I was moved to room 223 that sofa bed also had bed bugs and manager called an expert again and they confirmed there was bed bugs, once again they moved me to another room 246 was also infested with bed bugs. Hotel washed our clothes and kept the rest of my belongings and finally moved us to a clean room 335. We filed a written report with them. Managers were very rude and discriminated against me because Iâ€™m Hispanic. I was treated very badly by management Aziz Hayat and Joe Emma.
