Searched and found bedbugs on 9/19/19 at approx. 8:00PM in small 2nd bdrm on mattress pad, mattress, on quilt, 1 crawling up wall, on carpet, took pics with Iphones. Found also in 2nd bathroom on sink, & 1 crawling up sink in cracks, and found dead one in trash can. Reported to Mgmt. 9/20/19 at 9:00AM, maintenance came & took pics & called Orkin. Management was understanding, but IMO could have been more accommodating. Mgmt called owner & owner will only reimburse 3 nights stay! My wife was mortified & in shock at finding them or she would've told them off. I believe Mgmt. was more concerned for their reputation & were more victims than us, the ones staying in the unit from Sat. 9/14/19! Stated they never had a problem for 30 years; very difficult to believe them since they are in the rental business! Very pissed and upset plus disappointed with this vaca. The owner & mgmt. should've reimbursed us more $$$ for this travesty that is actually their fault in not finding them when their cleaning crew cleaned the unit! Also the condo wasn't that clean.
