9/6/19 11:00 P.M. we noticed numerous adult bed bugs and smaller bed bugs in our room. We took a few bugs in a paper towel to the desk clerk. She offered a different room on an upper floor but we needed ground level as there is no elevator to get our bags up the flight of stairs. She said the bugs looked like ticks and she would have the manager call the next morning. As of today 9-9-19, we still haven't heard from anyone. We left the bug hotel and stayed at a different hotel.

5/7/2021 at 0020 hours, I was finally getting ready for bed when I looked at one bed, but it looked yucky, so I went to the other queen where I found an adult bedbug on the left back pillow, under the top pillow. I called the front desk and told them I had a bug issue. The front desk guy looked and confirmed that it was a bedbug. He took a photo. He then moved me to a single king room across the hall. He said I understand you're scared, but it's okay.

6/24/23 5:30 pm. Checked into hotel, front desk staff very unprofessional. Went to room settled in. Pulled the mattress pad back to check, full of bed bugs. Others were finding the same and many of us immediately checked out. Not clean by any means. Reported it, no refunds.
