We stayed here 3 nights - Aug. 27 - 29, 2019. We were horrified to see bugs crawling all over the bed and the walls. We identified a few as bed bugs from comparing them to pictures we found online. Others, we were not sure what bugs they were. Some of the bugs we saw were crawling down from underneath the picture on the wall and the headboard attached to the wall. We didn't see the bugs at first. They seem to come out at night. And the first night we dropped into bed tired. By the third night, we were pretty sure they were bed bugs. When we reported this to the hotel upon check-out, we did not appreciate how non-nonchalantly they handled this problem. They didn't ask where we saw them or how many we saw. Nor did they offer apologies. We showed the hostess at the front desk the picture we took, but she barely acknowledged the picture nor did she ask to see the others we took. When we reported the problem to Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel and was told that the only way we could prove the bugs were bed bugs is if we got a medical diagnosis saying that they were. We were very disappointed with the whole experience.
