Hello, My niece and I were severely attacked by bed bugs inside the SUNSOL International at Orlando on 08/01/2019 room 301. I took pictures and made a video of the insect on the hotel bed. I ended up at the hospital in Orlando, took an injection and medication. It ended part of my trip because I went to Miami next and couldn't sunbathe. Two weeks ago leaving this hotel, I went to the dermatologist here in Brazil and I am still full of red marks due to the allergy that triggered in my body. Nonsense !!! I paid the resort fee for room cleaning and the cleaner was not changing the sheets. There was a blood mark on my sheet from the insect bite. The hotel is only willing to pay for my medicines, which have not yet been paid. They did not give me any assistance, I asked for doctors and they made misunderstandings and I had to go on my own !! Account in which he did not offer to pay. PARENTS PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR CHILDREN, YOU CAN END YOUR TRIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
