We booked to stay here for the 8 the to the 17th of August. We got there late on the 8th around 8:30 pm and our room was not ready so we were put in room 304. First night was not a problem, woke fine. The next day we talked to the front desk about getting moved into our original room and it wasn’t quite ready so we’re told to go do what we had planned for the day and when we come back we can move rooms. Came back around midnight and got moved into the new room. I woke up with a couple bites but I didn’t suspect anything cause I thought I just got bit by a mosquito or something. Second night, I woke up and one of my arms had bites all up the upper half and at that point I automatically knew it was bedbugs. I talked to the general manager that was there and he said he would only refund me half of my money... I was no longer comfortable staying in the hotel so I had to relocate, clean all my clothes and belongings I brought into the room and all they could do was give me half of my money. Half of my arm had bites all on it and half of my money is all you can do? He told me I could of got it from somewhere else so half was all he could do. Handled the situation lightly even after seeing my arm. This hotel was the only place I laid and there was no consideration taken. I still paid for the nights I stayed despite being bitten and relocating.
