My kids and I were staying at the Motor Lodge 6/25-6/29. We checked into room 226 on Tuesday the 25th of June. Wednesday morning I woke up with welts all over my stomach, face, and arms. I didn't think much about it at first and thought I was having an allergic reaction. Later that night around 10pm I was laying in my bed and felt severe itching once again. Look over and see a black speck on my pillow. I further investigate both the beds and find 6 adult bed bugs and smaller ones. I call management and he says he can't do anything about it tonight. Since it was like 10:30 or so when I called. The next morning I'm woken up by a banging on my door. The manager show's up at 8:50am and rudely tells me that we all have to get out of the room cause he needed to spray the room and change the bed. He then became upset because I wasn't moving fast enough even though it was very early and my kids were still sleeping and I didn't even have a heads up he would be there. He and another manager proceed to tell me that I'm the only person who has compla about bugs in the room and that it's not their problem really cause they get their money either way. He then gets upset when I tell them that I've never had this problem before and with all the bugs I collected no way that happened within less than 24 hours. He then leaves cause he said he had other things to do today. I packed up my kids and we left as well. I documented the bites and have the bugs in a bag as proof.
