Checked in April 1, 2019 Found 3 BedBugs. Took one and put it into a plastic bag. I took a picture of it and then took it to the front office. They could not put us in another room saying we would contaminate that room. They did give us a hotel number and name were we could call. We did and checked out bags so we wouldn’t carry bugs to the next hotel. This all happen at 2 in the morning. We had to return to the hotel in the morning to get a refund. So we went back to the hotel to get our refund. The manager said they had to check out the room with Orkin The bug killer person. We waited about a half hour. The report from Orkin person said he couldn’t find any evidence of the bug but said they could of been there. Then manger did refund our money. The hotel does look clean but beware of bedbugs.
