March 20, 2019 After finding bugs we promptly let staff know. They sent several employees including the manager to our room. The manager acted like it was extremely common and no problem at all. Only offered a 25 percent discount on our stay. I demanded a full refund. He eventually agreed. The worst part was his attitude that I was overreacting. We are covered in bites and I am terrified to transport them back to my home.
