3/6/2019 I booked and paid through hotels.com. Was still awake and noticed something on the other bed. Scooped it into a cup and took a picture to search to see what it was. While searching, I saw another one on the bed I was sitting on and caught that one as well. Took pictures and called front desk to get a refund. They said to come up there and I did. Because I booked through hotels.com they told me I needed to call them for a refund and I did. Unfortunately it is SXSW weekend and hotels are limited. I have an exam in 8 hours and having to sleep in my truck.
