1. Me and my 1 yr daughter checked in March 1st at 9 pm. I woke up at 4am scratching my arm. I immediately went to bathroom room and saw that my arm had red bumps that look like hives. I went down stairs and told front desk who came up to my room to inspect but after taking a picture of my pumps she didn't even touch bed. She said she could out me in another room. I declined because she wouldn't let me use their dryer to treat my clothes before entering a new room. My daughter and I left hotel. I left my number for the manager to call being that my reservation was for 2 nights not 1. Manager didn't call me until 3pm after not returning 3 of my previous calls. She stated that pending and investigation of the room I would not be charged for March 1 st stay. Night two she switched me to 1 st floor. I feel like as a manager she did not go the extra mile to make sure I was compensated for my awful experience. Pictures were taken but I was treated as if the bed bugs came with me which is unfair.
