I stayed there Jan 20-21 2019 One night only I have been there before and it was clean and nothing to report This time trusting I did not look at the bed In the morning I noticed I was itchy and saw red bumps and thought maybe my skin did not like the linens. We got up and quickly dressed as we had slept in and we checked out. Within that 30 mins getting. Ready I had bowel problems like food poisoning. I became very itchy and red bumps bigger. By that time we were home. It was a few days later super itchy and skin inflamed my dr confirmed it was bed bugs. I had already talked to the company that owns the hotel they said hotel manager will contact me within the week. It is over a week and nothing. I sent the company a photo of the bite and confirmation bed bugs and I received a formal email to contact the hotel directly now and not them. So they wiped their hands of this once confirmed The name they gave me I am told is a person never at the hotel and is super hard to reach. Number and name was given to me from head owner company Had to leave messages at hotel for another lady too but still no phone call back. I am getting the run around.
