December 26, 2022 and ongoing. I discovered there were bed bugs on the couch my daughter sleeps on. I have made numerous attempts asking the manager for a new couch, I was denied. And told they sent pest control. Pest control found over 15 bed bugs reported it to the manager. I’ve asked for a new couch on more than once. Pest control report was unsuccessful as Management shows no concern. My child is being bitten every night. I’m afraid of her catching diseases that bed bugs spread. Management does not care, they are returning my mail. They refuse to give me corporate number or a responsive email. We are human beings and should not be treated like this. The infested couch is a Hazard to our health. I’ve thrown away most of her clothes due to infestation. Each time I go in now to address the matter they tell me she is not there. I leave messages for her and she refuses to contact me. I pay my rent. I work hard and pay my taxes and should not be subjected to live like this.
