We checked in after midnight on Saturday(Sunday) July 7, 2018. (Checked out Monday July 9th.) So I was admittedly exhausted from driving for over 9 hours and failed to pull back the sheets and check the bed as I usually do. Over the next two days odd marks and rashes came out on my finger, chest, abdomen, hip, side or torso etc and it was not until I returned home and they were not fading that I researched and learned that these were the actual bits AND some areas were the allergic reaction to the anesthetizing saliva the bugs inject as they simultaneously suck out the blood. The pattern of bites is lines & right angles or zig zags, with allergic rashes rounding out the area. I contacted the hotel and the manager did honestly confirm we are not the first to have an issue. He took it seriously and said he would get the room inspected and treat according to the inspection. My concern, is if they EVER had it reported before, and Expedia reviews confirm this as well, they seem unable to eradicate it there & may not have a regular protocol in place to prophylactically re-treat periodically. They did not offer anything to me. It is nearly two weeks and the marks are barely starting to fade. It has been miserable and now we have to be vigilant in our car, luggage, purses and home in case any travelled from the room with us.

Stayed from August 19 to 23 2025. After spending two nights, we identified that our room had bed bugs. One of us had bites and there was dried blood on the sheets. At first management did not want to move our room stating that the mattress was only a week old. After talking to management a second time on the phone, they agreed to move our room to 126. They also gave us change, so we could wash and dry our clothes. Orkon pest control was on site the next day. Management never informed me that there were bed bugs, but there were two mattresses by the hotel dumpster. We were given 5000 hotel points, and my primary care physician confirmed the bites were from bed bugs.
