We arrived around 10pm on 11/4/17. We always check the room before we bring in any of our luggage. The bed closest to the door we pulled the mattress up & away from the headboard. We pulled up the bed-skirt & found 2 bed bugs that were in the younger stage as well as several shells from other bed bugs. We notified management & they agreed that there was a problem there. We left & kept on driving to our destination after already driving 10+ hours. The manager on duty did nothing to help us...calling customer care they also did nothing regarding our concerns other than notify the Hotel. The next day they actually charged my credit card when they agreed not to. After several days I finally received an email that the problem was taken care of & exterminator was called in & they credited my card back. It was a business as usual kind of email. No one did anything for our inconvenience at all. It is sad that they will continue to rent rooms to unaware customers that could be bringing home a big expensive problem to get rid of. I highly highly suggest you always check your rooms before bringing anything in & reconsider where you stay.
