I arrived at the Motel on the afternoon of Nov. 3rd. I didn't notice anything until I woke up the following day and had a few bites around both ankles. I informed the staff of the bed bugs and they moved me into another room on the top floor of a different building. IT WAS WORSE. Within 10 mins of being in the 2nd room, I saw and caught 2 bugs! They wouldn't move me again and also could not refund my money as the management wasn't there. Not only that, but the employee working tried telling me it couldn't be bed bugs and I must be wrong. They have me a few extra sheets to cover the bed. By the next morning my entire body was covered in bites. I called the corporate like who only made a report. And when management finally came all she would do is give me a free night voucher! Claiming they could not refund my money. Needless to say, they will regret that. Horrendous motel on every level! They didn't seem to care and likely will continue renting those rooms without informing guests.
