Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2/12/2020 Woke up with a bed bug on my face. I took a photo and video which I emailed to housekeeping at their request. I also filled out a survey with my experience. I have not been contacted by management.

I stayed 2 nights for work with no problems the first night. I woke up around 5am bc my right arm was itching and I could feel bug bites. I got up and checked the sheets and found the bed bug still there! I called the front desk. They compensated me for my stay and moved me to a new room but their lack of concern makes me think they have dealt with this before which did not help me sleep any better in the new room. They didn't even ask to confirm there were bugs there.
