After staying 5 nights (June 7-12 2017) I woke up on the last morning of our perfect trip to find something crawling on the sheets. Turn on all the lights to find bugs crawling on head board that were fill with blood. Dead ones located in buttons on head board. I find it now very hard to remember all these horrible details with out having some anxiety!! But I want to report this so they can fix this problem and the next guest won't wake up to this horrible experience. To upset and angry, had my husband call on this. They didn't believe us at first and they had housekeeping involved and said there was no problem in rm 207. ( The house keeping staff were horrible when we arrived the room wasn't even cleaned we had to call the manager to come vacuum food of the rug and wipe the kitchen table down. During my stay there watched the housekeepers clean a room down the hall. They didn't use a vacuum cleaner!! This is a whole other story.) They brought in an exterminator to have a look and they said there was no problem. We replied get another exterminator! We have pictures and videos of this event! We also sent to Stay Alfred. Again, why would we make this up! Very unhappy about this whole situation. Told the manager to look again when it is dark out. Thank god he did. He went back to the room and turned down the bed and saw the bugs!!

Checked in on Thursday (1/27) really late after driving overnight. Woke up to 5-6 visible bed bugs on the pillows and headboard of one of the two bedrooms. Called and messaged the company and two hours later still do not have a resolution.
