I stayed the night at the indoor waterpark yesterday and truly had a great time UNTIL I went to my room to get some sleep and was attacked by BEDBUGS. I contact the front desk at 3:00AM and they were responsive and even changed my room. I tried the best to rest with the insects on my mind and had a difficult time doing so. The next morning I was contacted by mgmt and he tried to dismiss my claims even with photographic evidence. They admitted they had heat treatment for the rooms and was told by the night staff they would inspect and treat my room with my belongings present. However sadly the next day all they did was deny deny deny. If you ever decide to go to this place DO NOT spend the night.

My family and I have been going here for years. My kids love it and the rooms. We are here now for 3- nights, it was supposed to be an early celebration for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Check in was horrible and took forever, so crowded and they kept telling me to wait for a text the room was not ready. So fast forward to day two, my son is screaming and calls me over, there is a BED BUG in his bed. Already dead but nonetheless a BED BUG. I have never packed faster in my life. We didn’t want another room, there was nothing that could be said to ease my mind. I just wanted to leave. We have left early and I need to be refunded for the night we did not use. It’s such a shame my kids were looking forward to more activities for the other day. Rooms need to be kept cleaner and they need to pay more attention to these issues they can be a huge problem for the company! I will be following up and if not refunded speaking to a lawyer.
