I stayed at the hotel in room 110 on March 3 and 4th, checked out on March 5th. In the afternoon of March 4th I noticed bug bites on my face and arms and thought I had gotten bit by something while sitting outside at my daughter's softball tournament. On March 5th, the bites were worse and more itchy. I didn't think they were bed bug bites because I didn't have them when I woke up in the morning - they didn't appear until later in the day. However, after researching bed bugs, I discovered that it can take a few days for the bites to appear and that they usually appear in clusters. I had a cluster of 2 bites right next to each other on the side of my face and another cluster of 2 bites next to each other on my arm. I called the hotel immediately upon realizing it was bed bugs and they reimbursed me for the cost of my stay, no questions asked.

Stayed in Hotel March 3- 5, 2017. I was staying at the hotel for my daughter's softball tournament. Bug bites appeared on my face and arms in the afternoon of march 4 and I thought they were from the ballpark. On the drive back home to ohio on march 5, i researched bed bugs and determined that my bites were bed bug bites. I had a cluster of 2 bites side by side on my face and a cluster of 2 bites side by side on my arm. I immediately called the hotel and they offered to reimburse me for my stay, no questions asked. Fortunately I was able to catch it before I took my luggage into the house. I'm in the process of filing a claim with the hotel to get reimbursed for my luggage.
