Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Was laying on bed watching a ufc fight on phone and a bed bug came crawling against my husbands pillow in between his head and my shoulder. We smashed it and took the pillow to the front desk, left the hotel, and went to a different hotel to stay.

10/18/2017 Stayed here last weekend for a family reunion. On Sunday morning while my son was doing his homework he never said bug in his bed. Upon closer inspection it was a bedbug. We captured it in a plastic cup and took it to the front desk. They sent to employees to a room to confirm our complaint of bugs and both beds. They refunded our money for the weekend. Employees left our room while we were packing which I found strange since I would think they would want to quarantine the room and make sure Nolan‘s got cross contaminated with other rooms since other members of our party also checking out and checking their beds for buns as well.
