Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1/28/2016 Went to bed around 11pm woke at 1:10 to find a bug on my pillowcase. Turned my phone light on to see what kind of bug it was and sure enough it was a bed bug. Turned the pillowcase over to hold the bug in place and called front desk. Hotel clerk came to give us another room key on 10th floor. Invited clerk in to see the bug and he took video of bug and said they would compensate us on our bill which they did for one night. The night was a total loss of sleep because of the situation. Otherwise the hotel seemed newly renovated and clean.
