Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We woke up to a huge bedbug on my pillow. We put it in a plastic cup and looked at the mattress. There was a few dead bedbugs, the black spots, and old blood stains. We took the bedbug to the front desk and they claimed it was from previous guests. We requested a refund, however have had A LOT of problems with getting it. As of now they have double charged me, refunded both charges and days later have charged me again. I have yet to call as I am out of state, but will do so first thing in the morning.
